Synopsis

This eight-episode sketch comedy series dives into the locker room of a truly unique swimming club. Here, before and after their training sessions, a tight-knit group of athletes with disabilities share unfiltered conversations, warm camaraderie and plenty of laughs.

The roster includes Stéphane (Dominic Sillon), whose glass eye plays havoc with his ability to swim in a straight line, routinely earning him the title of the club's worst swimmer; Mike (Michel Cordey), a wheelchair user with brittle bone disease who balances his serious training with a relentless drive to keep his teammates laughing; Catherine (Charlie Rousseau), an intrepid auto mechanic who effortlessly shatters stereotypes surrounding her limb differences; Charles (Jacques Poulin-Denis), a right-leg amputee who serves as the fiercely competitive heart of the club; Valérie (Andréanne Fortin), whose Tourette's tics spark hilarious situations — much like the antics of Caro (Lamia Benhacine), who navigates short-term memory loss after a stroke; Sarah (Marie-Christine Ricignuolo), a blind woman on a quest for true love; and Isabelle (Camille Chai), born without her left arm and leg, who always tells it exactly like it is. Other equally colourful and lovable characters will bring the locker room to life during the season.

Coach Pierre (Michel Charette) guides this spirited team. As an able-bodied man — or “normal,” as the swimmers playfully tease him — Pierre is a slightly self-absorbed and occasionally penny-pinching leader, but his unwavering loyalty to his athletes always shines through.
