Synopsis

In the hard-hitting documentary series Thérapies de conversion, Jocelyn Lebeau wonders what has become of conversion therapies a year after they were banned in Canada, asking: Why is my homosexuality so disturbing to some that they feel the need to ‘cure' it? Do gender therapies still exist, and if so, in what forms? Where do they come from, who performs them, who endures them and what are the consequences?
