Synopsis

The docuseries Les stagiaires follows the daily lives of six apprentice journalists parachuted into Radio-Canada's newsroom for a demanding and exhilarating internship.

Trained by news professionals and coached throughout by Marie-Maude Denis, the trainees are confronted each week with the realities of journalism on the ground, and must prove that they have a place in the world of news.

Patrice Roy and Isabelle Richer are responsible for evaluating the trainees' work. With benevolence but without complacency, the mentors analyze the trainees' approach and share their advice.
