The gullible Oliva Dionne (Roy Dupuis) and Elzire (Céline Bonnier) sell the “rights” to their children to government bureaucrats, who turn them into a lucrative international tourist attraction. Horrified by the situation, the Dionnes fight for the right to raise their children and will stop at nothing to prove to the whole world that love is stronger than fear and more important than money.
