Radio-Canada and the Association of Professionals of the Humor Industry (APIH) are pleased to announce that comedian Katherine Levac will be the host of the 24th edition of the Gala Les Olivier, which will be broadcast live from the Pierre-Mercure hall on Sunday, March 19, 2023, on ICI TÉLÉ.

Named Zoofest Artist of the Year in 2014, Katherine Levac won Olivier Découverte de l’année just a year later, in 2015. The resounding success of her first solo show Velours, certified platinum (more than 100,000 tickets sold), earned her to be finalist in several categories at the Gala Les Olivier. On TV, she notably participated in SNL Québec and Like-moi!, a series for which she received the Prix Gémeaux Best interpretation: humor in 2018 and 2020. Now an essential comedian, she hosted her first Carte Blanche Evening as part of the Just for Laughs Festival in 2019, and the audacity of her opening number won her a Victor award.
