Synopsis

Once a celebrated superhero, Bedaine is now a man adrift, struggling to find purpose back in his small coastal hometown. Between facing off against eccentric villains and grappling with deep-seated emotional wounds, he is forced to discover that there are many different ways to be a hero — even when you've lost your wings.

Bedaine is a dark comedy that seamlessly blends superhero tropes with the salt-of-the-earth atmosphere of an Atlantic Canadian fishing village. Balancing sharp humour with genuine heart, the series explores themes of depression, grief, friendship and the universal search for a place to belong.
