SAVOURER is a 60-minute program hosted by nutritionist Geneviève O'Gleman. Each week, she invites viewers to spend less time in their kitchens and more time at the table. Her mission: to help audiences prepare simpler, healthier food. Whatever she makes, you can bet it's simple, healthy and delicious.
Each episode will focus on a different theme (lunches, eating local, vegetarianism, food waste, allergies, lack of time, etc.) explored through recipes that teach viewers how to use specific ingredients and techniques, save time, spice things up, keep products fresher or make do with what's in their fridge. Every week a new guest from the food industry will join our host; including local farmer, experts in maple syrup production, beekeeping, meat production and preparation and baking.
