Back for a second season, this 60-minute weekly show hosted by nutritionist Geneviève O'Gleman invites viewers to spend less time in the kitchen and more at the table. O'Gleman is on a mission to help people prepare simpler, healthier food — and whatever she whips up, you can bet it's delicious.
Each episode will focus on a different theme, from easy meals to cooking for one, canning basics, lunch ideas, first apartment, snacking and more. These are explored through recipes that highlight specific ingredients or techniques, saving time or money, spicing things up, keeping products fresher or using up what's in the fridge. Each week also features a new guest with a particular interest in the theme. On the menu: new ways of cooking, eating locally, paring down waste and keeping things simple.
