Synopsis

For 15 years, Les chefs! has reigned as Quebec's premier culinary competition, continuing to captivate audiences season after season.

Contestants race against the clock to prove they have what it takes to be a professional chef and join the ranks of the culinary elite.

Thrust into the high-pressure environment of a five-star restaurant kitchen, these aspiring chefs face a grueling series of challenges designed to test their creativity, technique and knowledge. Under the guidance of coach and mentor Colombe St-Pierre, the contestants square off in a variety of competitions that are judged and critiqued by a panel of renowned chefs.

To mark this milestone 15^th season, special guest personalities will join the lineup to spice up the competition.

The New Les chefs! Podcast

The show Les chefs! is launching a brand-new five-episode podcast (available in both video and audio formats), hosted by Élyse Marquis, which goes beyond the screen. In each episode, members of the 2026 brigade and special guests gather around a table to discuss the profession and their personal journeys. Through conversations on themes such as heritage, competition, expatriation, promoting local land, and the realities of the restaurant industry, we get to discover the human being behind the chef.
